€ 614,75 + VAT (€ 750,00 VAT included) - Accompanying person Registration Fee:

THE CONFERENCE FEES COVER THE FOLLOWING:
Conference attendance, coffee breaks and lunches as scheduled, conference materials and social dinner.
The social dinner for accompanying persons is not included, and reservations for them should be made at the time of registration
ATTENTION –> at least one author for each accepted paper must register by 30 June 2025
* For student registrations, a confirmation letter from a supervisor is required. Documents must be sent immediately after registration to the Organizing Secretariat at iscrizioni.eventi@mcpromo.it
CANCELLATION & REFUND:
- Requests for refunds must be submitted by email to eventi@mcpromo.it no later than 5 August 2025. In case of cancellation before 5 August 2025, you will have to pay 50% of the conference fee. For cancellations on or after 5 August 2025, there will be no refund.
- Name changes will be accepted with a handling fee of € 50,00
